We offer three VIP Membership tiers. Each membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Benefits apply to future orders only after the membership has been purchased.

Billing & Payment
Membership fees are billed every 30 days on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Charges will appear on your statement under Remedi.
Taxes may apply based on your location.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time.
To prevent additional charges, cancellations should be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing date so our systems can process your request.
Once cancelled, you will continue to receive membership benefits through the end of your current billing cycle.
Refund Policy All memberships come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
You may request a refund within 30 days of your first membership charge if you are not satisfied.
Refunds may also be issued in cases of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
After the 30-day window, membership fees are non-refundable.
Returns on Retail Purchases Opened products purchased under a VIP Membership discount are eligible for return, provided only a reasonable amount has been used for testing purposes and it is an initial purchase of the specified product.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of from your order date.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
